Four Point by Sheraton Pudong

Breakfast was a tasty buffet with a lot of different styles and good service. There are plenty of food shops nearby, and the underground train is close too. The hotel is part of the Marriott group, on Pudong Rd. and close to Sheraton hotel (in the back side). It looks like an older-style hotel, but it’s clean and in nice condition. The room had good decor and worked well for the package I bought.

Robin and Betty made a strong impression on me. They were thoughtful, professional, and kind, taking time to understand what customers needed and offer helpful solutions. Even just listening, they made people feel welcome and valued. Their care and positive energy really stood out, and I feel fortunate to have had their support. Thank you both. Zora also gave me a lovely welcome when I registered my room. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Keep it up.

Clean and nice for a good price. There are two entrances, front and back, and the staff are super friendly.

Being so close to Tangqiao Metro Station made it easy to get around Shanghai, and I liked the breakfast, which had a decent range of options. The hotel itself felt a little dated and could use some updating. It was okay, but nothing especially memorable.
