The beds are comfortable, the rooms are very quiet, and the city views are great, as in the example attached. Staff are pleasant too. The rooms do feel old and dated, and the air conditioning isn't great. It’s a cheap hotel, so I guess you get what you pay for. My shower wasn't working properly, but I only stayed one night and didn't really mind.

Breakfast was a tasty buffet with a lot of different styles and good service. There are plenty of food shops nearby, and the underground train is close too. The hotel is part of the Marriott group, on Pudong Rd. and close to Sheraton hotel (in the back side). It looks like an older-style hotel, but it’s clean and in nice condition. The room had good decor and worked well for the package I bought.

Being so close to Tangqiao Metro Station made it easy to get around Shanghai, and I liked the breakfast, which had a decent range of options. The hotel itself felt a little dated and could use some updating. It was okay, but nothing especially memorable.
