We had a problem getting a taxi, and one of the staff called one for us on his own phone. They were helpful in other ways too: when I didn't realize you need a cap to swim in Asia, a staff member offered me his own. Everyone was kind. The rooms were spacious and had what I needed, and the gym was well equipped. It's a quiet spot, with no traffic noise reaching us. A large shopping center with plenty of restaurants and shops is about a seven-minute walk away. The subway takes around ten minutes on foot, then it's about 25 minutes to the city center. On weekdays, trains came every five minutes.

I had a bad stay. The front desk staff could have been more helpful, and the room was stuffy because its windows couldn't be opened. I had been told the room would have A/C, but it didn't. During my eight November nights there, the temperature stayed between 25 and 27 Celsius, and I barely slept.
