The room was quite large, and there’s a shuttle to Disneyland and the airport. Family Mart is nearby, while the metro station is about a 700-meter walk. The walls don’t block sound very well, so I could still hear people walking and talking in the hallway. Staff spoke a little English, and they were kind and helpful.

The rooms were very clean, and I slept well without any problems. Everyone was kind, and the staff were professional and helpful, from check-in through checkout. The prices were good too. Thanks to everyone working here. I’d happily recommend this hotel and will come back in the future. Thank you 🙏

The airport shuttle was a real help, with Pudong Airport about a 20-minute ride away. We found it easy to get into the city by taxi too. The hotel was comfortable and clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. My girlfriend wears a headscarf, and we both felt welcome and at ease as soon as we arrived. We stayed one night while passing through, wanting to explore Shanghai a little and be nearer to the airport the next day. It was ideal for that, and we can definitely recommend it.

I stayed three nights in January. The staff don’t speak Japanese, but they explained things with a translation app, so you can feel at ease. There’s a Family Mart close by and a big mall near Chuansha Station, which was handy. For the Disney shuttle, you need to book on WeChat, so download the app before leaving home. Also, it’s quite a walk from the Disney parking lot to the park entrance, so be ready for that.
