On the first day, we checked in as a family of three and asked for an extra bed. What they brought was just a board with a bedsheet on it. How were we supposed to sleep on something they called a bed? We asked reception for another comforter, but the receptionist had a really bad attitude and just said that's how it is and they had nothing else to add. We'd booked through a travel agency and paid the stated price for three people in one room, with no discount. Thankfully, the uncle on duty that night was friendly and found us a comforter. Still, the receptionist's attitude put a damper on our trip.
