Guoman Hotel Shanghai

The staff were so kind, and I had a really good stay. I came to Shanghai with my boss, who suddenly got sick. One of the women on staff helped us a lot by buying medicine and making warm rice porridge, rice porridge, for him. I can't remember her name, but I remember she came from Guangzhou. Thanks so much! If I have business there again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable too, and the breakfast was nice. The staff, room, and breakfast were all great. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean and had good amenities, but the food tasted awful. I stayed a couple of times back in 2010, when the hotel had only just opened and was still under construction. I'd give it 3 stars overall.

The room was fully equipped and comfortable, with central controls and several lighting settings. The one irritating thing was the cigarette smell across the floor.

The park across the street is a big plus, and there are plenty of transport options for getting around Shanghai. I've stayed here regularly since it first opened and have liked it a lot. The staff have always been wonderful.
