Hanting Express Shanghai North Sichuan Road

The laundry room is on the first floor beside the Front Desk, with two washers and two dryers, which was handy. My room was on the third floor and could only be reached by stairs, which I found odd. When the staff member saw my heavy luggage, he offered to help me upgrade; I agreed to pay the extra 300 RMB. In my experience, budget hotels are usually very basic, and this one was much the same. The WiFi password didn't work. The staff member said it only supported local numbers and offered to share his connection from his phone, but I politely declined.
