The room was spacious, with a great layout, a comfortable bed, and a lovely window overlooking the city. Daily cleaning was done to a high standard. The gym has good equipment and great views both day and night. The hotel occupies floors 23-38 of a high-rise in Pudong, and if you're lucky, you may get a great view of the Shanghai tower. Transport is easy, with a subway station right outside. There are also lots of shops and restaurants at the bottom of the building. A few things could be better. Check-in was tricky because the staff's English wasn't great and there was some confusion. The card terminals wouldn't work, so I had to pay the hotel fee with Alipay and couldn't charge it to my credit card. WiFi was terribly slow and almost unusable for most apps and websites. I don't know whether that was the hotel network or wider internet policing in China. Our shower cubicle smelled of cigarette smoke, as if a previous guest had smoked in the room. The water barely got hot at times and never reached a temperature where I could properly relax.

We had great views from the top floor, looking over the whole city and Shanghai's three tallest buildings. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options. The hotel also has a free laundry room open 24/7, plus a gym with dumbbells, treadmills, a cable machine, kettlebells, and a punching bag for boxers. It's in a very convenient area, right outside a metro station with two lines, and another station with three lines is a five-minute walk away. Three shopping malls are within a two-minute walk. The management is super good, the staff service was amazing, and this was one of, if not the CLEANEST Hilton I've stayed in. The rooms were spotless. I'd 1000% recommend staying here!

The location is incredibly convenient, with Shangcheng rd metro station just downstairs. We could see the Lujiazui area beautifully through the huge windows, and the view really was amazing. The rooms were great, the beds extremely comfortable, and the toiletries were high quality. The staff were very friendly and helped us a lot despite the big language barrier. This hotel greatly exceeded all our expectations.

The views from the rooms are what make this hotel. I was on the 26th floor and had a great view. Friends staying at another hotel on the same block were on the 12th floor and couldn't see anything. Breakfast and service were good, though nothing too special. The street gets very busy when you step outside, as you'd expect. It's a great hotel, and I'd recommend it and stay again. From the airport on a Saturday morning, it took 25 minutes. Recommend!

The location is in the city center, so we could take a convenient walk to go shopping after dinner. The facilities and meals were good, and they prepared an early breakfast at 6.10 for our early departure to Myanmar. Even though the guide warned us it would be cold at night, the air conditioning kept the room warm at 24 degrees when it was minus 2 outside. There were some service issues. Calling the 0 number, they couldn't understand our English, and the egg section chef was a weak point in the service.
