Mia and Anna in the executive lounge gave excellent service and made my family feel comfortable. They really helped make this a memorable trip. The rooms were immaculate, and breakfast had lots of choices and was excellent. It's a great place to unwind away from the city. I highly recommend Hilton Fengxian.

The cleaning staff were friendly and nice, but I wouldn't make this hotel your first choice. There was a strange smell in the building and rooms, the hardware was faulty, and there were no English TV channels at all, nothing like CNN or HBO.

I was afraid of Kim Yong Hun, but I loved staying here during my vacation in North Korea.
