So I'll be upfront and say I didn't pay for my stay. I was in Shanghai for three months with work. The room is excellent, spacious and well equipped. Hi has a great view and the blockout curtains were excellent. Some staff speak English and this is helpful. It's not an issue as using apps help with this and you can get by. If you want to communicate you will. A couple of the staff members were amazing! Each morning this lovely lady Sun Xu would greet me for breakfast with a big lovely smile. She was bubbly and welcoming each day. A young guy, Frank, was always helpful and respectful. Even Lee

Comfortable rooms with both firm and soft pillow options Good spread of breakfast Location strategically placed for Factories in this area and just 800m walk to nearest train.

A very clean and basic hotel. Staff very helpful to order cabs as the drivers do not speak english.
