The reception team deserves a special mention. The young staff were kind and attentive, helped us book an early morning taxi, and checked that everything was okay. We had good service and a clean room, plus free bottled water, fruit salads, and other drinks at reception. Free umbrellas are available to use for 72 hours when it rains, and there’s free laundry too. Getting here from Pudong airport was easy. Take line 2 to exit 3, then walk about seven minutes across a small bridge. There are plenty of food choices, shops, and activities nearby, including a basketball court by decathlon just 50m behind the hotel. There’s also an ATM across the street. My main complaint was the lack of a minibar. I know it’s an express hotel, but I needed one. I’d also like to see a Halal Food menu, even just a written one so guests can be sure. We had a really good stay, and I fully recommend the hotel. I plan to return on my next visit to Shanghai.

We had a wonderful stay, and Ina at the front desk was amazing. Even with the Chinese-English language barrier, she always did her best to help us sort out problems. We’re very grateful.

Good value for the price, with a well-equipped room and good reception service. There’s laundry service too. You can hear a little noise from other rooms, though it wasn’t too bothersome. The wifi was slow, but luckily I could use my data.

I slept well in a clean, neat room, and the reception staff were polite and very helpful. The breakfast selection was great, and I loved the food. I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it to business travelers.
