I came with my elderly parents, and we arrived early. They were tired from the trip, so the staff kindly cleaned the room to help them get some rest. I was really impressed with the service from Lila. She’s so nice. I especially want to mention May Wu, the best housekeeper. She’s very nice and kind. 🙏😊

The only issue was noise from other rooms when the neighbors weren’t quiet. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about, quite the opposite. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable, nice rooms and the breakfast. The hotel is quite far from Shanghai’s main attractions, though I understand there’s a metro station nearby.
