There was no free water or breakfast, and cleanliness was so-so. The room heater was weak, and smoking seemed allowed everywhere, including the lobby, hallways and elevator. I also saw pornographic callcards placed at every room's front door. There didn't seem to be security, so anyone could come and go. The hotel staff couldn't speak or understand English. Payment was in advance, with no deposit, and foreign credit cards were accepted.
