It's in an ideal spot, connected to an amazing mall with everything you might need. The hotel itself is relaxed and comfortable, with spacious, clean rooms and nice amenities: a sauna, pool, and weight room. Definitely a nice hotel.

The property and location are good, and the food is too. Breakfast has a large spread with something for everyone. Front desk and room service were below par, though. Maybe it was a one-off, but we waited almost 30 minutes in the check-in queue, and room service took an hour or more to bring our food.

Being right above Global Harbor Mall made shopping and dining easy, and the metro was convenient to reach. The hotel has modern, spacious rooms with stunning city views. I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency Shanghai Global Harbor. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the service felt warm and professional. A good fit for either business or leisure in Shanghai.

Getting around was easy since the metro is only a few steps away. I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Shanghai Global Harbor, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable 😊.
