I arrived at the hotel on 7/23/2023, and Me. Gu Yuchen was excellent. He helped me find dinner and checked in with me each day to see if I needed anything. I’m grateful for his help, and I think he deserves high praise and congratulations from Ji Hotel. The man who usually cleaned the tables in the breakfast area was friendly and gave great service, even though we had a language barrier. I don’t know his name, but he’s a real asset to Ji Hotel too. Thanks, Jason
