There are lots of shops nearby for clothes, fast food, fruit, and more. A taxi to the nearest Metro station costs about 14-15RMB, and a Muslim halal restaurant is just 20meters from the hotel entrance. The place is clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful, though their English isn’t very good.

The rooms are very small, and I didn’t find the stay comfortable. The staff aren’t tourist friendly, especially toward international travelers, so you have to manage with offline translators. If you’re vegetarian, be sure to bring your own dinner. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, even if you just need somewhere to crash around Shanghai Hongqiao. Hoping for a nice stay, if you know what I mean. Hola!

The place is clean and comfortable, but it’s a bit of a trek to the subway station.
