A good place for a short stay while enjoying Shanghai's streets. The rooms are spacious, and there are free airport buses running at regular intervals. The restaurant could use more room for guests. At times it gets crowded and there's not enough seating.

On our departure morning, Ms. QuQu helped us beyond what we expected. Ms. Wan at the front desk already knew my wife from her previous stays with their son or her mom, and I could see how helpful she was with every guest. The whole staff was awesome. Thanks to Ms. Wan, Ms. QuQu, and everyone there. This is a modern, spotless, comfortable hotel and great value for a long overnight layover at Shanghai Pudong Airport. The free shuttle runs often and picks up at T2 or T1. The drive takes 15-20 minutes. My wife and I flew through Shanghai on our way to Seattle. Breakfast is free, and they serve cooked noodles late at night. We also ordered BBQ from a nearby restaurant, and a friendly, funny robot delivered it to our room. We'll definitely stay here again when passing through Shanghai.

I managed to arrange airport pickup somehow, even though communication was tricky. I didn't have a Chinese phone number, and they don't use WeChat. For a transit stay, this worked well. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport, but you need to book it in advance. If a room is available, they can let you check in early. I was lucky enough to get in at 6 am, have a free breakfast and some decent sleep, then check out at 10 pm.
