The staff were especially kind and attentive with every service. The hotel is also close to the subway, and Xintianti is within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The room was roomy enough for two and came with good amenities, including free bottled water. There are plenty of restaurants around, and the subway is conveniently close. The maid starts cleaning very early, though, and figuring out the room lights can be a little confusing. Apart from that, it was a very good stay.

There’s a bus stop right outside, and the metro and shopping mall are across the street, about a five-minute walk. Places to eat and a convenience store, including seven eleven, are nearby too. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. They keep unlimited bottles of water by the elevators on each floor, and breakfast had enough variety. One of the best hotel options around Xintiandi. I’d recommend it.

We got through check-in quickly with help from the staff, who spoke excellent English. They also stored our luggage for free. The hotel was very good.

I had a problem with my airport transfer, and the woman at the counter helped me sort it out. The service was really friendly.
