The room was clean, and there was fruit waiting for me when I arrived. Breakfast runs from 7 to 10 a.m. and has plenty of options. I also got a lot of help from the front desk: they printed important documents I’d forgotten for a meeting the next day, and kept my room key while I was at the meeting because security wouldn’t let me bring it in. Really good service, definitely recommend.

Getting around the city from here is really convenient, and Starbucks Reserve Roastery Shanghai is close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a very simple buffet, fine if you just need something to eat. The bed felt supportive enough for someone of medium build, but a bit too soft for a larger person.

There’s a nice food court nearby with lots of good places to eat, and West Nanjing Road metro station is right by the hotel. The staff were very good, and the rooms and facilities were convenient. They also have a nice complimentary buffet every day until 8 p.m. Very recommendable!

The location is handy, with a train station and plenty of shopping close by. The rooms are clean and the buffet food is really good. My one issue was the lighting, the whole place seemed very dark. Still, it’s a pretty nice hotel.

Our stay turned out better than we expected. The room was large and looked great, breakfast was good, and shopping was easy to get to from this small, cozy seven-floor hotel. A great stay.
