The staff made our first visit to China feel easy and welcoming. They used a translation device at reception, gave us attraction recommendations and even looked after our luggage for a few hours on our last day. They were kind, attentive and efficient. Special thanks to Zhu Xinjuan, Zhang Xiaorui, and Bi Aoqi. We also liked how close the hotel was to tourist spots, which saved us a lot of time getting around. The neighborhood is beautiful, with a metro station nearby, plus restaurants, cafés, river views and shopping centers. The hotel shares useful information about attractions, and the room had everything we needed. It was spotless, too. A washer and dryer with detergent included came in handy, and I had breakfast delivered to my room several times. I really enjoyed starting my days that way. Our stay in China was wonderful, and this hotel was a big part of it. I’d happily recommend it and would love to return to Shanghai and stay here again.

For the price, the room was good, and the queen-sized bed was comfortable. I visited in winter, and the room had smart functions installed. The staff were very helpful and used a translator to make sure we understood each other. There are many restaurants in the center, and hairdressers across the road.

Really handy for travellers, with the Metro nearby and supermarkets and plenty of restaurants around. The service was excellent.

The WiFi was slow, but the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was good.
