There's a free breakfast buffet, though the food is the same every day. The hotel is spacious and clean, has all the amenities, and provides fresh towels daily. My main disappointment was the lack of a bidet, which is essential for us. It's close to Shanghai Disneyland but far from the city center. Luckily, there's a shuttle to the airport and Shanghai Disneyland.

Road construction was going on during our stay, sadly, and they even provided earplugs 😂. This could work well if you're arriving late and moving to another hotel the next day. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, though language differences and the ordering process can be tricky. The free shuttle goes to Disney and the airport, with service from the airport to the hotel available 24 hours. Breakfast could be better, and there's no bidet 😭.

The staff were very polite, and checking in went smoothly. The hotel was easy to find, too. Our room was clean and spacious, with a really comfortable bed. The shower was clean and had good water pressure and temperature. Breakfast offered a nice range of Western and Asian dishes.

The room was big and clean, and the service was satisfying. Everything was really good. They have a free shuttle to the airport and Disneyland, and the prices are reasonable. If you're looking for a hotel around there, you can book this one.

The free terminal shuttle and the many shops nearby were about the only things I liked. The beds were big, but most of the rest of the stay felt unpleasant. Breakfast wasn't good, the customer service was poor unless we got angry, and it didn't feel worth the price. I cancelled my second reservation for my return to Shanghai, paid an extra $77 AUD cancellation fee, and booked somewhere else because I wasn't willing to stay again. Maybe it's fine for just a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer. The experience overall wasn't great.
