My family loved the spacious B.Duck thematic room, especially the tent and game setup. The email team helped arrange the reservation, and Cora Tong at the front desk made check-in smooth and arranged complimentary breakfast. Her attentive service was a real standout. The room was spotless when we arrived, and housekeeping kept it tidy each day, making the bed and replenishing amenities. We also enjoyed having a robot deliver things to the room. Breakfast had a great spread, with the Chinese and Western sections separated so they were easy to navigate. The lounge was a comfortable place for my friends and me to relax. A fuss-free, high-quality stay that I'd recommend to families.

We were a family of four and booked two rooms. Both were spotless, very comfortable, and had great views. Nanjing Pedestrian Street and the Bund were an easy walk away, and the breakfast had a big selection of Chinese and Western dishes for everyone. The bakery and afternoon tea at the M Lounge were lovely extras. Every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Highly recommended for families visiting Shanghai.

I nearly skipped breakfast because it cost around €20 a day, about what you'd expect at a European hotel. Glad I didn't. The spread of Chinese and Western food was amazing, with dishes cooked fresh throughout. It was better than many dinners I've had out. Really impressive.

From arrival onward, the team was warm and the service felt effortless. Great hospitality for either work or a holiday. I'll absolutely return on my next trip.
