It's a fairly new hotel, decorated in a modern style, with all the facilities you'd need. The bathroom was excellent and had an automated system, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good, with everything available. It's quite far from the Maglev station, though the roughly 1 kilometer walk is doable. Longyang Road station has a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants, and there's another mall about 800 meters from the hotel.

The only real downside was a bit of a language issue at reception. Otherwise, this was a quiet, cosy, neat, and clean hotel with great housekeeping, luxury rooms and bathrooms, and a shuttle service to SNIEC.

Good hotel, about 15 minutes from the metro station and very close to Shanghai Fair.

The food was comforting, especially the miso soup and teriyaki chicken. I also really liked the heated toilet seat and bidet. It’s a very nice hotel, and I’d stay here again.
