The location, room size, cleanliness, and amenities were all fine, but I have concerns about room security, especially for anyone traveling alone. While I was out, reception let my parents into my room without my knowledge or consent. They weren't staying at the hotel and only gave my name and said they were related to me. Nobody asked for proof, and the hotel never contacted me before or after. I didn't mind them entering on this occasion, but the staff's very lax approach worries me. It seems anyone could show up, give a guest's name, and be escorted into the room with full access.

Check-in was seamless, and the reception staff were so welcoming and helpful. I especially want to recognize the outstanding service from [։Tianyi. Mengtao]. They were always ready to help with a smile, and her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay special. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service!

The room was nice and clean.

My reservation through Booking.com wasn’t in the system when I arrived to check in. I’ve booked about 100 hotels through them and never had that happen before. With the language barrier making it hard to sort out on site, I had to find another hotel. I suspect this came down to poor internal organization. I’d advise against booking here.
