Jack, the operations manager, stood out for his professionalism and attentiveness, and the service was outstanding. We had a very pleasant, relaxing stay at Modena Putuo Shanghai. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel connects directly to the metro. It’s also in a quieter area, away from the usual city bustle and traffic jams. A great choice if you want space, convenience, and a peaceful stay in Shanghai.

We arrived at 5am and were greeted with smiles by both the front desk and doorbell staff. Everyone around was helpful. The metro is very close, and there are places to eat nearby, including Starbucks, luckin coffee, and family mart. The washing machine and dryer are there too. Great stag.

The room was cozy and spacious, and there’s a gym and a kids’ play room. The hotel is a bit far from the city, but Didi cars are always around.

This spacious, cozy duplex apartment can comfortably fit 3-4 people. It’s split over two levels, with room to relax or work, plus a small kitchen, microwave, and proper work desk, handy for short or longer stays. The neighborhood feels calm and safe even at night, and Heytea, Starbucks, and convenience stores are close by. It’s a bit far from the main tourist attractions, though, and there aren’t many food options nearby. A peaceful spot away from the city crowds, with some comforts of home.

Breakfast was good, and everything else was superb. The only thing I can fault is the mattress, which was a little too hard for us. Obviously, Chinese people like them that way.
