I was still awake in my room, 246, on the third night of my April 13-16 stay when someone from room 252 opened my door with his key card. I was terrified and thought I was being robbed. The manager said the computer had malfunctioned, but I told him this was staff negligence and that security was awful. They moved me to another room, luckily before I'd gone to sleep, but I still couldn't sleep afterward. The whole thing was frightening.

The cleaner was friendly and efficient, and the subway is nearby. There's also an elevator. But our standard double had no windows, and the soundproofing was so bad that an older man snoring somewhere in the building kept waking us. We couldn't get back to sleep.
