The breakfast was okay, but the Wi-Fi barely worked for me. I managed to get online once, for about 30 minutes. The staff member kept insisting that I write a five-star review on Trip.com, took my phone, and typed one in the wording she wanted. She wouldn't let us check out until she'd written it on my phone. That pressure explains why the reviews are so high.

For the price and location, this is a great hotel. I was on the third floor, and during operating hours I could occasionally hear the metro line under the building. The last train was around 11pm, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to noise.

The service was good, and I had a pleasant stay.

Everything was excellent apart from the hairdryer. Bring your own if you stay here.

The room was clean and nice, the staff were friendly, and the location worked well. We could use the washing and drying machine for free, which was a plus. The problem was cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation into our room. I eventually tracked down the source and turned the ventilation off, and then the smell stopped. But the cleaning team switched it back on while cleaning, so the room smelled of cigarettes whenever we returned.
