The rooms are spacious and the beds are good, though fairly hard. The carpets, though, were very dirty. Breakfast isn't worth recommending even at the low price, and the international-style selection they claim to offer just isn't there. Reception staff speak English.

The location is excellent, near the busy Xujiahui area and Xujiahui Station on Metro Lines 1, 9, and 11. Shopping malls, convenience stores, restaurants, and entertainment are all close by. I stayed for a month; the facilities felt a little outdated, but the environment was acceptable. Staff were friendly and professional.

There's plenty nearby, including a FamilyMart and buffet restaurant in the next alley, plus chain restaurants across the street. The hotel is near Exit 2 of Xuhuijiang Station, and you can walk to the Catholic Church and shopping spots like Metro City and Grand Gateway Plaza in about 15 minutes. Handy location.

There's a restaurant on the ground floor, and hotel guests get a free meal voucher for it. The rooms are clean and modern, Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the staff are polite. It's a pretty good hotel.
