It’s currently being used as a quarantine hotel, and the interior is run-down and in disrepair. The living conditions are extremely poor even for basic accommodation, with cleaning and maintenance seeming impossible. I can’t tell which organization is responsible for managing it.

I was confused by the Google reviews saying the hotel was permanently closed, since there are still plenty of guests, especially school and community groups. During the day it looks grand, beautiful, and luxurious. At night the lights are dim and the building looks unoccupied, though inside the lighting is good and the atmosphere is pleasant. The rooms are clean and have large beds.
