The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable. The receptionist's attitude put me off; he didn't seem to care about customers. Breakfast was only so-so, and the offerings stayed the same each day.

The furniture was in terrible condition, and the service was the worst. Staff were very rude to me as an Indian. The night front desk gets zero points for very, very rude behaviour. Breakfast is supposed to end at 10 am, but they start packing up at 9.50 am. I don't recommend this hotel unless you have an early train from shanghai railway station. Indians, please don't go here.

This is a clean business hotel where they speak English, but there isn't much around for tourists. I couldn't find any restaurants within walking distance beyond very simple food options. The breakfast buffet is large, though not very good.
