The halal restaurant is a few shops farther along, and breakfast is decent. The reception can speak English, but only a little, and that depends on which staff member is on duty. Dongbaoxing Metro Station is two minutes away. Use exit 2 and head right. The entrance is beside a mini mart, which may be useful, but watch for the hotel sign.

It's near the subway, and you can walk to the tourist spots if you feel like it. A cheap place to stay.
