We stayed one night because it's near the airport. The hotel itself was very quiet, almost as if there were no other guests, which made the atmosphere a bit odd. There's a ranch or something in front of the rooms, and you can hear chickens and horses early in the morning. The beds were uncomfortable. The food was surprisingly good and freshly made. Most of the staff couldn't speak English, so you'll definitely need a translator app. There was one employee who could speak English in the morning. There's nothing nearby to go to, and I was glad to check out after that night.

I stayed for three nights just a week ago and had a good experience overall. The main issue was that many staff had only a basic grasp of English. Luckily, Edison Wu was there. His English was quite good, and he was very helpful during our stay. I think he should be promoted to the front desk. The upstairs pool is nice, though management should take care of a few maintenance and upkeep problems. A company waterblaster would help with a lot of the unclean areas. They should also work with a taxi company whose drivers don't smoke. It's pretty annoying to get into a smoker's taxi for a 30-minute ride to any destination.

The hotel is new and conveniently close to Pudong Airport, and the service was fine. My room felt a little warm at 22C, with no way to adjust it. The airport shuttle driver had a bad attitude, though, so next time I’d recommend take a taxi to the airport.

A handy option if you arrive late, since it’s only about 15 minutes from Pudong International Airport. The rooms were clean and the food was good. Atina at the bar was really friendly and energetic 👌🏼. It would help to have more staff who speak English, and room service needs to be available later than 11 PM, ideally around the clock.

The room was clean, and the hotel is well placed near the airport with a free shuttle to Pudong Airport. It feels luxurious, the food was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. English at reception and in the restaurant could be better, though.
