My room’s air-conditioning only worked on cold, and there was no Western-style food. The staff don’t speak English, so I had to keep using a translation app. This is the worst hotel ever. I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemy.

Top hotel!

The hotel is a long way from the city, though it’s close to a metro line. The nearest mall is about five minutes away by taxi or one metro stop. Breakfast was generous, with both Western and Eastern options. The place looks new, or maybe it’s just been kept up well. There’s a lot of attractive interior detailing, and both the bedroom and bathroom are spacious. I liked the grand, welcoming lobby. The front desk staff were efficient, but I rarely saw them smile while helping guests. I’d like to see more smiles.

I really liked the tasty breakfast noodles. The lobby has a beautiful high ceiling, and the rooms are comfortable.
