Our family room had lots of space, with two large double beds that gave everyone room to relax. There's a well-kept gym and an indoor pool in the basement, handy for a workout or swim whatever the weather. We found the location convenient, with malls, places to eat and a subway station within walking distance. Family Mart is right across the street, which made it easy to pick up snacks and supplies. The free shared shuttle to Disneyland was useful, though the morning schedule starts early. Royal Century is the first hotel on the route, so pickup is at 7:10 AM and arrival at the park is around 8:00 AM. Coming back is quicker, since this hotel is the first drop-off. One thing that bothered us was the lift lobby lighting. After 11:00 PM the lights are dimmed, which felt a bit creepy. I think management should keep the lobby fully lit overnight, especially for people coming back late or heading out early. The hotel was spacious and comfortable, and wallet-friendly too. It worked well for our family trip near Disneyland.

We were a family of five and stayed for six days in January. Andy from Concierge Service was especially helpful, giving us directions to the train station and restaurants. The reception and concierge teams were polite and accommodating, and everyone made us feel welcome. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The free shuttle to Disneyland Shanghai and the free airport transfer made getting around easy. The hotel is conveniently close to major attractions and a train station, so reaching the city centre was smooth. We really appreciated Royal Century Hotel for making our Shanghai holiday memorable.

We booked this place near Disneyland for our mini honeymoon. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, and the hotel was clean and nicely decorated. We'd stay here again.

We spent two nights here with family. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Malls are nearby, and traditional Chinese food is available just across the road.

Checked in yesterday. The location is convenient, with a convenience store and different kinds of restaurants about 100 meters away. The hotel staff were gracious, much appreciated. Highly recommend.
