My room was quite small, and it won’t be serviced unless you ask the cleaning staff. The aircon worked well. The location was okay for getting into central Shanghai, with line 2 of the subway not far away. Other guests were very noisy at night, and staff didn’t ask them to quiet down.

A solid, clean place, though small, with working WiFi and a decent location. The young staff were friendly, spoke English, and handled a couple of small extra requests. I’d stay here again if I passed through this area.

The sleeping quarters were decent but a little tight, and the bathrooms were very clean. The service was good for the price.

It’s an okay place, but not the best choice if you want to socialize.

A decent hostel, and it’s close to the Bund.
