The staff were helpful, and there were plenty of complimentary offerings that felt right for a luxury brand. A phenomenal hotel. I'd stay here again if I ever return to Shanghai.

There are plenty of Chinese restaurants on the hotel's 3rd floor, and a 24-hour Western-style restaurant on the 2nd floor, which is pretty much the only choice if you're staying near the airport. An indoor passage leads to Hongqiao Airport's T2. The hotel is also convenient for the main railway station, an 11-minute walk from the lobby, especially if you're changing between train and airport. Service quality was acceptable, and getting around was super convenient.

It's about a 10-minute walk to the train station and only a minute from the airport. The hotel is actually called Bo Yue. There's an ATM on site, and plenty of places to eat in the airport or station for breakfast. Very handy for a late arrival or an early flight, and quite competent for what it is.

The rooms were very nice, and even with the terminal location, the noise insulation was excellent. There were good options for group dinners, including several private rooms, and the staff were friendly. If you're flying Air China, you may be able to check in right at the hotel. Good value for money.

We really liked the rooms and the very friendly service at this hotel right inside the airport. The subway makes downtown Shanghai easy to reach. If you're into planes, ask for a runway-facing room. You can watch them from quite close.
