Close to the station, with clean, spacious rooms and great service. I couldn't speak Putonghau when I was checking in, so Johnson stepped in and translated what the receptionist was saying. He was kind and kept helping us during our stay. We exchanged WeChat contacts, and I could ask him about anything the hotel could provide. He also shared recommendations when we asked. A really helpful hotel supervisor and butler.

The metro is just a couple of minutes away, with quite a few restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet, and the modern hotel is clean with nice rooms. The gym is very basic, and breakfast and dinner were poor. They do offer free laundry, unlimited water, and a free one-way airport transfer. Reception staff speak very little English, but a concierge can help with requests like getting a taxi or suggesting trips. Thanks to concierge Johnson, who was a great help during my stay.

On a business trip to Shanghai, I found this location very convenient: it's near both the airport and railway station, and only a few metro stops from the city center. The reception staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help, using translation apps when needed. I especially want to thank Ms. Xiao Ma. When I needed a taxi to the railway station, she arranged it and even checked on me after I'd boarded the train. Her help during that critical situation made a real difference to my stay.

Johnson at the hotel reception and as a butler was such a great guy, helpful and full of information. He knows how to welcome guests and take care of them. He made our trip and stay unforgettable.
