The room was clean and seemed fairly new, but soundproofing was really poor. I could clearly hear guests talking in the next room, and the corridor smelled of cigarette smoke. The location is convenient, with local street food nearby, a subway station within walking distance, and Yaohan Mall and Uniqlo close by.

The view from the 33rd floor is incredible. Service, rooms, and breakfast were all excellent. I’ll definitely come back!

The Metro station and Lujiazui L Mall are just a few minutes away on foot. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the laundry was clean and neatly kept.
