Shanghai Pudong Theme Park Wassim Hotel

We found the room big and clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were helpful and very accommodating. A young male staff member at the front desk and the male manager can speak English. They provide a shuttle bus to Disneyland and PVG, so I highly recommend this hotel if you want to go to Disneyland Shanghai. Breakfast was moslem friendly, with no pork served, and they also prepared a goodie bag for us to take to the airport.

Cheng was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. I enjoyed the hotel, and Wendy assisted us very politely when we checked out.

Wendy at reception was very helpful, and Cheng was nice and easy to talk to. The staff were good overall. We’ll definitely come back.

The hotel is about 15-20 minutes by car from Disneyland, and they provide a free shuttle bus there and back at designated times. It’s newly built and in very good condition. The front desk staff are friendly and extraordinarily helpful. I especially want to thank Mr. Xiao Xu, who helped us order takeout and gave us travel guides. Thanks as well to Ms Guan Guan, who used her own mobile to book a taxi and paid in advance for us. She was patient with me because I didn’t have Wechat or Alipay to pay her back until I gave her cash the next day. She didn’t chase me for it and politely said it was fine. They also left fresh fruit in our room every day, along with coffee and tea. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Disneyland and the surrounding area. It’s good value for money.
