I spent eight nights at Shangri-La Qiantan and am very grateful for the care the hotel showed me. The staff were professional, patient, and kind, especially when I made a mistake. They forgave me sincerely and with understanding, and their generosity really touched me. The warm hospitality and excellent service made the whole stay memorable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and I felt relaxed and cared for throughout. Thank you for making those moments special. I'd gladly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back.

The wifi was nearly unusable. Even with membership, which they said would double the speed, it seemed to go from 0.01 mbps to 0.02 mbps. Aside from that, the room was clean and spacious for a reasonable price, the location was very convenient with lots of restaurants within walking distance, and breakfast was nice. Almost perfect.

Being right across from TaiKooLi is a big plus, since it’s one of the best open-air malls to visit. This is one of the new Shangri La brand hotels in Shanghai’s Qiantan area. Our room was really spacious, the staff were welcoming, and the buffet had a good range of Chinese and international food.

The gym, pool, and sauna are well equipped, and the restaurants serve excellent food at prices that are more reasonable than I expected. The staff were kind and accommodating, and these were the best rooms I’ve stayed in. It felt unbelievable for the price. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area.

The personalized food and drink suggestions and detailed information from Mrs. Layla, the kitchen manager, made a real difference during our stay.
