Room service arrived quickly, and the food was hot and tasted as expected for the price I paid, I guess lol. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I wish I could give the hotel five stars, but the internet on my 31st floor was mostly out, and I don't know if the floor had anything to do with it. The windows were so dirty I could barely look out, and it seemed the outside hadn't been cleaned. The staff were nice, but barely spoke English, even at the front desk. The hotel is somewhat close to the airport, and the rooms were decent, but water leaked from the faucet stand when I tried to fill the tub. The restaurants were freezing, as if they didn't turn on the heat. The TV had no smart features, and my options were to rent movies or watch Chinese channels. As a Marriott brand, I expected some standards.

A very upscale-feeling hotel with huge rooms and professional staff. Some staff don't really speak English. Its location is especially convenient if you're doing business in the FTZ area, and it saved me a lot of commuting time to the office.

The rooms were the highlight for me: large windows make them bright, and they were clean and well equipped. There were complimentary slippers, Sheraton-branded bathrobes, detergents, and individually wrapped toothbrush and toothpaste kits. There's plenty to do on site, including a spa, sauna, gym, bar, buffet, Chinese and Japanese restaurants, billiards, and private rooms for ceremonies and events. The hotel is just steps from subway line 10, and it's a good choice if you don't need to stay right in central Shanghai. The buffet could use more variety, and the restaurant dishes weren't quite up to the rest of the hotel. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Maybe most things were blocked because of the country, but it was unusable. I'd rate the stay 8/10.

The room was clean and spacious, and the train station is within walking distance. There's also a Meituan locker right by the lobby, which is convenient.

The pool and gym were excellent, and the staff there were great. Just watch out for the small pool used to rinse your feet, since it looks like part of the floor. We accidentally stepped into it lol. The breakfast was great too, with lots of choices and regular refills. Service throughout the hotel was good: when we asked the concierge about a razor set, they brought one up to our room instead of making us wait in the lobby. Even though it's considered three stars, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were beautiful, quiet, and felt quite luxurious, with a bathtub, robes, and slippers.
