Ten66 Serviced Residences

The room won me over: clean, homey, and with a big bathroom and bathtub. I could even spot the Oriental Pearl Tower from the window on a clear night. I’m on the 33rd floor in a deluxe suite, and there’s a small gym up here too, though it doesn’t have much equipment. There’s a little kitchenette, but cooking isn’t allowed. I found Yilin 66 Apartment on Dianping (a Chinese review platform), right above the Ji Hotel I usually use on Yan'an West Road. The Ji Hotel has neither bathtubs nor washing machines, which is inconvenient when I’m in Shanghai for more than a week. At just over 400 yuan a night, this feels like a great deal, and I’d definitely come back.
