I was put on the 5th floor in a recently refurbished room that's now used as an isolation area. The design is simple, but the room smelled strongly of paint. The kettle spout was rusty, and when I reported it to customer service, no one followed up. There was loose hair all over the floor, and it wasn't mine, judging by the color and length. The TV only had pay-per-view movies. The cooling system's mesh was covered in a thick layer of dust and hadn't been cleaned or disinfected. I reported that too, but again, no one followed up.

Opened in 2018, this new castle hotel feels like a dreamlike fairy-tale world. For children, walking in is like entering a playground; for adults, it's like stepping into Alice in Wonderland.

The floors each have their own style, and the place feels very cozy. There's a park nearby and the metro is within walking distance. A taxi from the city center costs 70 rubles in off-peak hours.
