Getting around was easy by taxi or shared bike, even though the subway station is a bit of a walk. Food ordered on Meituan came to the room by robot, and the staff were easy to reach on WeChat. Breakfast is made to order on the first floor, with lots of drinks to choose from. The place is listed as a guesthouse, but it felt like a hotel. I stayed four nights and found it clean and comfortable, with simple, stylish decor that reminded me of MUJI. The bed was roomy and the mattress comfortable. The shower pressure was strong, and the very clean toilet had a TOSHIBA system. There were free washers and dryers with detergent, plus a well-equipped fitness room and workspace. The staff were excellent, and I'd gladly return.

The robot bringing takeout right to your room is a fun touch. I also appreciated the heated toilet seat, especially in cold weather. The bedding was clean and plush, and the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel feels cozy and welcoming, and you can reach them through their WeChat page any time, day or night.

I was really anxious after accidentally leaving my phone in a taxi. Back at The Yard Hotel, Ms. Wang Yali quickly and professionally took down the taxi details, then she and Mr. Cheng Guangxi tried several ways to reach the driver. They were patient throughout the coordination and kept a friendly, positive attitude. The driver eventually returned my phone thanks to their efforts. Their service touched me, and I want to thank both of them.
