UrCove by Hyatt Shanghai Wujiaochang

The Wi-Fi speed was okay, and the hotel facilities were clean. The staff were nice, and some spoke English. I arrived early on check-in day, but a room was already available. It was nicely designed and an okay size, especially for Asia. The Japanese toilet was a nice feature. I booked two nights at this relatively new hotel, which seems to be part of a new Hyatt Group concept. I did have two complaints: the air conditioning didn't do its job, so the room was much too warm, and the fridge didn't cool properly, leaving my drinks completely warm. I can't comment on the food options because I chose to eat at restaurants outside.
