The team is what makes Courtyard by Marriott Xinchang stand out. I had a beautifully upgraded suite, used the sauna a lot, and found the location very convenient. The sauna is open 24 hours. The hotel itself is solid, but the people made this five-night stay unforgettable, and I plan to return for many more nights. They created a WeChat group when I arrived, so it was easy to get help throughout the stay. Scott from the leadership team kept me informed by email before and during the visit, and his communication set a great tone. Tim, Nancy, and Li Sun took excellent care of my food allergies, preparing custom breakfasts with grilled chicken, salmon, and fresh fruit each morning. I especially appreciated the excellent coffee made with a manual machine instead of an automatic one. Sharon, Cathy, Barry, Rose, Yolanda, Vicky, and Dennis at the Front Office were warm and friendly, always ready with help, a quick answer, or a greeting in the lobby. Housekeeping also kept the room spotless every day. The team here is among the best I've encountered at any hotel, and the service was well beyond what I expected.

The service at Courtyard by Marriott Xinchang was excellent from check-in through check-out, and we were even given a room upgrade. The WeChat group made it easy to ask for anything, and requests were handled right away. The breakfast team remembered my dietary allergies and preferences. I had boiled eggs on the first morning, and the next day they had them ready without me asking. Scott also gave us great food recommendations. Housekeeping kept everything clean, paid attention to details, and were always friendly. When my phone couldn't scan the laundry machine, someone patiently helped me through it. I also ran out of cotton pads and asked for a few, but they brought a whole pack. Those thoughtful gestures made a difference. The service was better than at many hotels in my hometown. Thanks for a memorable stay, we'll definitely return.

The area was calm and pleasant, and the shopping center is only a five-minute walk away. I had a great experience here, with a spacious room and plenty to choose from at breakfast.
