The staff were generally very nice, and the hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was okay, but the stay still had a lot of issues. The room air conditioning didn't work. We used the in-room coffee the first morning, and it was never replenished. The internet was terrible until we complained; then the guest service manager set up a different Wi-Fi network in our room. Room service food was really poor, and one day they got the whole order wrong but still charged us. Almost nobody spoke English, which made communication difficult, and the concierge couldn't recommend anywhere for dinner. The business center is tiny, with only two computer desks. It doesn't work for laptop use unless you book the meeting room, which they charge for by the hour. The front desk offers currency exchange, but the limit is $300 USD per day. It wasn't a terrible stay, but several things need improvement.

Breakfast has a nice selection, but after two days it gets boring, so they should vary the menu more often. The hotel itself is clean and nice, and the staff could improve their English communication. A lovely place in keqiao.

It's one of the more expensive hotels in Keqiao, shaoxing, china, at around RMB500 per day according to 2017 prices. In return, you can enjoy room service, buffet food, and a temperature-controlled swimming pool available 24/7. The hotel is in west keqiao. The owner has a Rolls Roy and a red Ferrari.
