Our family room had a lovely open view, and the hotel was conveniently located. We stayed four nights, and the gym and pool were both impressively large. On our first day, a flight delay meant we reached the hotel at 2:30 a.m. The staff were still warm and welcoming, and got us checked in quickly and thoughtfully. We were very happy with the service, which made our family's first trip to Shenyang especially memorable.

The food was delicious, and the room service was excellent. Our room was clean and spacious, with a gorgeous, roomy bathroom and soft, comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They also spoke a little English, which made things easier for us as tourists who didn't speak the local language. From the moment we arrived, someone welcomed us and showed us where to check in. One of my best hotel experiences.

The hotel handled a colleague's jacket pickup carefully. When I went to collect it for him, the staff checked both the delegation letter and my ID in detail. They also remembered my previous visit and offered me the same room type, perhaps even the same room. Check-in stayed quick and professional even when several guests arrived together, and the staff were friendly. They're well trained and often offer help before you ask. The comfort, cleanliness, and environmental friendliness made this better than my recent business trips.

I stayed here on many business trips over several years, up to 2017. After work, there were massage places nearby and a shopping mall across the way, so there were options to relax. The hotel was very comfortable, with great service, an amazing breakfast buffet, and a great bar at night.

Robin was on the front desk when I arrived at midnight, and he made check-in smooth and quick. He was warm, professional, and had a lovely smile despite the late hour. He also took time to answer all my questions about the hotel facilities and help with the details. Robin is a credit to this luxury hotel.
