Swissotel Shenyang

I’m in Shenyang on holiday with my mom, and the room service has been good. Whenever we call for help, the lady checks what we need and comes over within a minute. A big shout out to Concierge Manager Jin Xiao for his great service. He advised me on using didi and where to eat and shop. He’s attentive, remembers our names, and has been very helpful. I’d stay here again if I come back to Shenyang.

The bed was a bit too soft and shaky during our two-night stay. The concierge service, especially Eric Jin, was great, though. We’d bought something to take home and didn’t want to carry it for the rest of our trip, so we asked the concierge to find a delivery company that could send it to our last stop. Eric found a service since not all companies could do that, then followed up to make sure the dispatcher collected the item. His help made the stay pleasant.

The night market right across from the hotel was packed during National Holiday Week, with lots of local street food. We really enjoyed our stay, and I’m giving all 5🌟 because of manager Eric’s service. He welcomed us warmly, patiently explaining the must-see places in Shenyang. Highly recommended.

I was visiting China and found the toilet clean and plenty of cutlery provided. The staff were friendly every time, and the quality of service was so good. The clerk called Jiang was especially great, so I’m giving five stars.
