Tangfeng Art Hotel Shenyang

The bathroom leaked and flooded every time I showered. Even after housekeeping "cleaned," the toilet still looked disgusting. The rooms were dim, the facilities outdated, and the hallway felt haunted, all for an exorbitant price. I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel this terrible. It's supposedly an international 4-star, but the only award still displayed is from 12 years ago. Did they just pocket all the profits instead of reinvesting in room upgrades and the guest experience? Please, just shut down already.
